PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Conscious Leadership

Teaching business leaders to be more aware of themselves, the companies they lead as well as the employees who help them run their businesses, in order to create a company culture that is inclusive and responsible.

Dealing With Our Past

It’s no secret that South Africa has a painful past. Although attempts have been made to confront and deal with this past, there is still much work that needs to be done. This programme will serve as an interpersonal ‘TRC’ between South Africans from different backgrounds who have in common that they grew up, and live, in an abnormal society.

Sports and Building Cohesion

Over the past two decades, sport has proven to be the one thing that can successfully bring South Africans from different backgrounds together,  regardless of the sporting code. This programme and its derivatives will aim to create cohesion through sports.

Learn a South African Language Programme and App

South Africa has eleven official languages. Despite this, there are millions of South Africans who still speak only one language. Being that language is one of the biggest connectors of people, the Learn a South African Language programme and app will help South Africans bridge this gap, allowing them to communicate in a nuanced manner that allows deeper understanding.
